About the programme creator
Hey, I'm Cecile!
I am a governance educator and corporate advisor who has spent over 35 years working with and advising boards and c-suite leaders who carry the organisation's most consequential decisions.
I designed and facilitate this programme with the leader who wants to find their distinctive voice in mind. My clients tell me that I am made for this. And I know that my time leading people in and out of the boardroom gives me a distinct advantage in bringing this message to you.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Questions leaders ask
Who is this for?
Directors, C-suite executives, and the senior leaders on the way there.
How much time does it ask for me?
During each of the first four months, you will attend one live 90-minute microClass. You should also allow up to three hours each month for preparation, reflection, completing your workbook and engaging with the cohort.
After the fourth microClass, you will be granted 3 months enrolment in The Leadership Up Circle. During that time you will complete your Manifesto and can book up to two PeerForward Lab sessions to start practicing your craft as you intend.
When are the microClasses offered?
MicroClasses are scheduled twice per month, on the second Friday and third Thursday, with up to two time slots on each day:
12:15 to 1:45 p.m. Jamaica time (UTC-5)
2:30 to 4:00 p.m. Jamaica time (UTC-5)
We are phasing in the full schedule as follows:
October: one offering, on the second Friday
November: two offerings, on the second Friday
January: three offerings, with two on the second Friday and one on the third Thursday
February: four offerings, with two on the second Friday and two on the third Thursday
No microClasses are scheduled in December.
When you enrol, you will join a cohort and be scheduled for a specific session date and time. Your cohort will complete one microClass each month over four months.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled session in a particular month, you may be accommodated in an alternate session, subject to available space.
Do I have to take them in order
No. Each microClass stands independently and contributes a different dimension to your Leadership Up Manifesto.
Your cohort may therefore begin with any one of the four, but you will follow your cohort’s four published dates.
What if I miss a scheduled session?
Missing one microClass does not cancel your enrolment or cause you to forfeit the remaining elements of The Complete Experience. Your place in the rest of your cohort schedule remains secure, and your portal and community access continue.
Contact us as soon as you know that you cannot attend. You will be offered a place in the next available delivery of that same microClass, subject to cohort capacity and at no additional charge.
Your personal advisory session and completed Leadership Up Manifesto will follow once you have participated in all four microClasses.
Can I try one before I commit?
Yes. You may enrol in one individual microClass for $205.
If you decide to join The Complete Experience within 14 days of completing it, $50 will be credited towards your enrolment.
Can my organisation enrol a team?
Yes. They can be registered individually via the enrolment button. On request we also support private cohorts for a selection of your leaders.
What do I leave with?
You will leave with your written Leadership Up Manifesto, PeerForward input from your cohort and a personal advisory session focused on putting the work into practice.
Your six-month experience also includes access to The Leadership Up Commons Community and two facilitated PeerForward Lab sessions in the Leadership Up Circle after completing your Manifesto.
What if I have already taken one or more of the microClasses before October, 2026?
If you are one of our 28 early adopters, you will receive a partial credit for the microClass(es) already attended. We will send you an email with the special offer available to you.
What if I purchased an individual microClass after October, 2026?
Your completed microClass remains a standalone learning experience.
If you later decide you would like the full leadership formation journey, you are welcome to enrol in The Complete Experience, which is offered as an integrated programme and is purchased separately. Alternatively, you may continue to purchase individual Leadership L.I.V.E. microClasses as they are offered.
The Complete Experience is designed as a single, integrated journey. It includes the four Leadership L.I.V.E. microClasses, your Leadership Up Manifesto, three months in the Leadership Up Circle, eligibility to book up to two PeerForward™ Labs, and access to The Leadership Up Commons.
Where will I find the schedule of classes?
The Complete Experience Cohort Schedule on this page lists your current enrollment options. The class schedule will also be shared in The Leadership Up Commons which is our online engagement space.
Individual microClass purchasers should use the separate Individual microClass Schedule and registration links.
Can I register multiple attendees under one email address?
No. Each enrollee must have a dedicated email address. It is important that if you are using one device for multiple registrations that you check to ensure that the name of the registered individual is the name of the person to attend.
